A quicker way to connect to a specific phone is to use an extention number as soon as the greeting starts.  The following are extensions for office staff:  Glen(223), Xerez(222), Randy(226), Sonja(221), DayProgram/Christie(225), SupportedWork/Bottle Me(229).
