Plants Arrive Friday, May 11th

Just a reminder to everyone that plants for the Spring Plant Fundraiser arrive Friday, May 11th.  The delivery truck usually catches the 7:20 ferry and is here at SCACL by 9:00.  Gives us a few minutes to get organized - so pick up your plants anytime after 9:30. 
There is a limited supply of extra plants available so please come in on Friday if you have not already ordered.  A perfect gift for your the special woman in your life for Mother's Day. 
 
Up the Creek Without a Pedal

SCACL's Bike to Work Team "Up the Creek Without a Pedal" is registered.  Bike to Work week is the last week of May (May 28th to June 1st).  If you plan on biking to work or to Day Program/Supported Work let Christie know so she can count your kilometers and make sure you are kept up to date regarding the events around Bike to Work Week.  All SCACL staff and participants are welcome to join.

Spring has arrived and with it the SCACL Plant Fundraiser.  Stunning hanging baskets and planters.  Top quality geraniums, marigolds, and petunias.  Order deadline is Friday, May 4th.  Plants are picked up at SCACL's Mermaid Office (105-5711 Mermaid St., Sechelt) on Friday, May 11th - perfect timing for Mother's Day.
