Bike To Work Week

SCACL staff and participants participated in Bike to Work Week.  We placed first place in the medium sized worksite category.  Congratulations.  Way to go: Sonja, Randy, Sherrie, Patty, Mark Bow, Mary Archie, and Christie who all participated.  I would like to remind everyone that bike locking facilities are conveniently located at the Mermaid Office - all staff and participants are encouraged to use them.

Respite Program

For those interested in less formal work, the SCACL Respite program provides families a break from the daily responsibility of caring for a child. Individuals interested in caregiving are screened by SCACL and contracted to provide care (caregivers are responsible for their own schedule and direct respite activities- in conversation with family).
