Donate to SCACL

You can make a difference!  Even a small amount counts.

The Sunshine Coast Association for Community Living is a registered Canadian charity that accepts donations and can issue tax receipts. SCACL’s mission is to provide opportunities for full citizenship for people with developmental disabilities. By donating to SCACL you will be helping people with developmental disabilities.  There are several ways to donate and contribute.

Monthly Donation

Monthly donations provide consistent financial support to SCACL, and give your donation both impact and reach in supporting the work of the agency.  Using our on-line donation form you can easily pledge your support on a monthly basis, receive a valuable tax receipt and incorporate your charitable giving into your monthly financial plan.

Donate by Mail or in Person

If making a donation online is not a good fit for you, we would be happy to meet with you in person. You can ask questions before offering a donation to ensure you feel informed and comfortable with your donation.  Nothing beats a person-to- person meeting.  Contact Glen McClughan to schedule your meeting.  We also have a form you can print off, complete and submit with a cheque, and either pop it into the mail or drop it off at our office.

You will contribute to an important cause and help others.  You will receive a tax receipt for your generous support, and SCACL will acknowledge your thoughtful gift by sending a card or an e-card with your personal message to the bereaved family or recipient of your choice. To donate in memory of someone select “In memory of” when you fill in the donation form.
